Donation Policy

Inspire & Educate uses donations to support menstrual product access, education, outreach, and related operating needs for the communities we serve.
Legal status: Inspire and Educate is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt organization under Internal Revenue Code section 501(c)(3).

Online donations
Online donations are processed through Givebutter. Donors should review the Givebutter checkout page before completing a payment, including any platform tips, processing fees, recurring donation settings, and receipt information.
Tax deductibility
Donations to Inspire and Educate are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donors receive donation records through Givebutter and should consult their own tax advisor for individual tax questions.
Use of funds
Unless a campaign or donor agreement says otherwise, donations may be used where most needed to support product purchasing, collection, packing, distribution, community outreach, education, and basic organizational costs.
Recurring donations
Recurring donations are managed through Givebutter. Donors can use the links in their Givebutter receipt or donor account to manage, update, or cancel a recurring gift.
Refunds
If a donation was made in error, contact us as soon as possible at inspireandedu@gmail.com. Refund requests are reviewed case by case and may depend on payment processor rules, campaign status, and whether funds have already been used or committed.
Product donations
We may accept unopened menstrual products and related supplies. Please contact us before arranging a drop-off or pickup so we can confirm current needs and logistics.
