Three sisters. One mission.
A Bay Area 501(c)(3) nonprofit working to get menstrual products to the people who need them.
In 2024, three sisters began organizing around a need that was not being met.
Alexandra, Olivia, and Madelyne were doing volunteer community service when they noticed something the food and clothing drives were not reaching. Women came for food. They came for clothing. Some of them asked quietly for menstrual health supplies.
That ask changed everything. The sisters realized that menstrual products, items many people take for granted, were a silent and unmet need for thousands of women across the Bay Area. The mainstream community drives were not designed to provide them, and the shame around asking made the problem invisible.
So they founded Inspire and Educate. Today, the organization works to provide equal access to menstrual health products to vulnerable populations, raise awareness of period poverty, and improve quality of life for those in need.
